If more than 48 hours notification is provided there will be no charge and we can reschedule for the next available session.

 

If less than 48 hours notification is provided:

First short notice cancellation we require 50% of the total cost of services that would have been performed that day.

If a second short notice cancellation occurs, we require PAYMENT IN FULL for the total cost of services that would have been performed that day.  In addition, your next scheduled appointment will also need to be PAID IN FULL - UPFRONT  before the appointment can be set and confirmed.
